Long description

Oz Chat is an AI character chat app developed and operated by Trippy Inc. under the tagline "A spoonful of magic for everyday life." Players can chat freely with more than 20 original AI characters, including Nekone Kohaku, in anything from everyday conversation to romance simulation. Chat history, Memory and Affinity mean each relationship changes the more you talk, supported characters have voice playback, and Situation Cards unlock conversations in special scenes. Oz Chat launched in beta on April 15, 2024, was officially released on July 16, 2024, and celebrated the second anniversary of its official release on July 16, 2026. It runs in web browsers (no install required), on iOS and on Android, and is available in seven languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese. Oz Chat is free to play, with some in-app purchases and subscriptions.

  • Fan works of our original characters are welcome. As long as you follow the guidelines, no individual permission is needed to publish them.
  • Companies and for-profit businesses should contact us before starting any fan work activity.
  • Fan works may be sold, distributed or offered for a fee within the scope of hobby or doujin activities. If your activity goes beyond that scope, or you are unsure, please consult us first.
  • Prohibited uses include presenting work as official or as an official view, content that seriously damages the image of the service or company, copying and distributing all or major parts of the original works as-is, and using paid-member or limited-release content.
  • The same guidelines apply to works created with generative AI.
  • For collaboration characters from other companies' IP, the guidelines or contract terms of the IP holder take precedence.
